Summary of Role:
Essential Responsibilities:
Lead pricing implementation. Ensure alignment with business stakeholders & drive best practices.Work closely with implementation partners to ensure project milestones are met.Lead design workshops, blueprinting, and solution validation.Collaborate with PLM team to align product data models to support pricing strategies.Assist in the resolution of process and integration design issues related to pricing.Review plans and provide guidance to project team during build, data conversion, testing, cutover, and service transition to ensure a successful go live.Responsible for functional specifications, data conversion, and integration specifications related to pricing.Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 12+ years of consulting background in SAP.Proven track record of successfully managing ERP projects and leading cross-functional teams.Strong experience in designing & implementing semiconductor-specific pricing models.Strong working knowledge of Wafer & Die Pricing includes per-unit pricing, bulk discounts, tiered pricing, option-based pricing, volume pricing etc.Solid understanding of days per mask layer, node & yield concept.Experience in Shuttle Services (multi-project wafers/MPW) Pricing and implementation.Solid understanding and implementation experience of Reticle Pricing Models.Strong working experience of NRE & Recurring Cost Pricing in semiconductor industry.Good experience in Turnkey Pricing related to Test & Probe Charges.Knowledge of Advanced Packaging Pricing is an added advantage.Experience of at least 2-3 full life-cycle SAP implementations including all phases (blueprint, configuration, training, cut-over and post go-live support).Strong working knowledge & consulting background in semiconductor industry.Demonstrate leadership in general, ability to identify priorities, ability to lead complex topics on a global basis, convince othersExcellent verbal and written English communication skills, ability to engage and work in a global team across multiple time zonesFlexible working across global time zones with onshore and offshore internal and partner teams.Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on CPQ implementation experience (SAP CPQ or similar cloud solutions).Knowledge of D365 CRMExpected Salary Range
$92,500.00 - $200,000.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
