Responsibilities:
Participation in implementation projects (including during solution design and customizing of solutions to clients’ requirements). Solving HR solutions and bug-fixing, implementing planned changes and upgrades in the system. Documentation and preparation of development requirements and assist development team in requirements delivery. Independent testing and support the business users during validation and testing prior to go live of the delivered change or project. Responsibilities in the mid to long term would involve communication with third party vendors of the various applications. Nurturing a good relationship with clients, SDMs, PMs etc. and working with larger teams.
Required skills and Experience:
Previous experience (3 – 6 years) with SAP HCM Payroll is a must. Experienced in Payroll configuration – deep knowledge of payroll schemas, wage types, PCRs, payroll clusters, etc. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors. Experience in integration between SAP modules like TM, PA and Finance or Employee Central. Understanding of regional payroll legislation, social securities and tax laws and regulations. Strong communication skills and analytical thinking. Experience with stakeholder engagement e.g. Product owners. Proven experience for project delivery and complete implementations (incl UAT, post go-live support etc.). Responsibility, time management skills and ownership. English language B2 or above.
Skills and Experience that will be an advantage:
Experience with SAP HCM for S/4 HANA and SuccessFactors modules. SAP Certifications. Basic ABAP knowledge and understanding. Proven experience in leading workshops, training users and mentoring.
