Job Title: Senior SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling Consultant
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
Experience: Minimum 10 years in finance and controlling roles, with substantial experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and configuration.
Key Responsibilities: SAP S/4HANA Implementation & Configuration:
Lead and support the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA modules, including GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, and Internal Orders.
Demonstrate expertise in SAP Controlling (CO), including Material Ledger, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Results Analysis (RA), Product Cost Controlling, and Activity-Based Costing.
Process Improvement & Automation:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within finance and controlling processes, leveraging SAP S/4HANA functionality and best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with IT, supply chain, and operations departments to ensure alignment of financial processes with overall business objectives.
Financial Reporting:
Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Training & Support:
Provide training and support to business teams on SAP S/4HANA functionality, processes, and best practices.
Qualifications: Education:
Chartered Accountant (CA) or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is preferred.
SAP S/4HANA Expertise:
Deep technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules relevant to finance and controlling.
Hands-on experience in system configuration, customization, testing, and support.
Certification in SAP S/4HANA Finance or Controlling is desirable.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years in finance and controlling roles, with substantial experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and configuration.
Proven track record in leading or managing teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
Communication & Leadership:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.
Demonstrated leadership abilities in driving change and leading project teams.
Problem-Solving & Team Management:
Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement process improvements effectively.
Experience in leading or managing teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
Preferred Skills:
Expertise in SAP Activate methodology and agile project delivery.
Experience in integrating SAP S/4HANA Finance modules with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP, WM, PM).
Strong understanding of financial compliance and risk management within the SAP CO framework.
