Job Description

We are seeking a business skilled SAP FI Key User specializing in Nota fiscal to join our team in Guarulhos, Brazil. In this critical role, you will be responsible to support IT managing and optimizing our SAP Financial (FI) module, with a focus on Brazilian tax documentation and compliance.

Support the IT department to configure nota fiscal rules in SAP module to meet company-specific requirements and ensure compliance with Brazilian tax regulationsManage and process Nota fiscal documentation within the SAP systemAnalyze and resolve financial and tax-related issues in SAPSupport the development and maintaining of SAP FI reports, interfaces, and customizationsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to improve financial processes and ensure accurate tax reportingProvide training and support to end-users on SAP FI functionalities and Nota fiscal proceduresStay up-to-date with changes in Brazilian tax laws and implement necessary system updatesParticipate in SAP upgrade projects and testing of new functionalitiesAssist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting Benchmarking with other financial shared service locations worldwide

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldExperience as an SAP FI Key User focused in Nota FiscalIn-depth knowledge of SAP FI module and its integration with other SAP modulesExpertise in Brazilian tax regulations, compliance, and Nota fiscal processesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills in both Portuguese and EnglishExperience with Brazilian tax compliance and financial reportingAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage prioritiesStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial data management
