IT Lead - Capital & Fixed Assets Technical and Business Transformation project
 

Are you an experienced SAP expert with a passion for driving technological and business transformation? We are looking for an IT Lead to spearhead a critical initiative aimed at transforming our Capital and Fixed Assets area through advanced technology solutions. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge and technical expertise to guide our team through this exciting journey.

As the IT Lead, you will wear many hats—functioning as a solutions architect and IT lead—bringing a unique blend of expertise to the table. You will participate in technical workshops, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a key role in verifying current system setups. Your contributions will be instrumental in defining standard approaches and best practices that ensure a seamless integration of new technologies with our business processes.

Your ability to analyze complex systems and propose innovative solutions will be crucial as we redefine our technology landscape. Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and deliver critical IT transformation and integration projectsIdentify innovation opportunities, develop cases and drive proof of concepts to confirm viabilityCollaborate with business partners and strategic vendors across the globe to design, build and qualify new capabilitiesEnsure the functional solution requirements are accurately translated to technical requirements as part of the projectsDesign and implement sustainable solutions that follow the company and industry standardsMeet controls, policies, and any compliance requirementsIntegrate technical and functional capabilities in the SAP ecosystem to contribute to a healthy and optimized architectureDesign the support model of the new solutions

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT / Computer Science or relevant fields

3+ years of experience on SAP, FI module or ABAP development

Proven experience in SAP Capital & Fixed Assets solutions

At least functional experience with SAP S4 HANA, CDS Views, BRF+, Fiori

Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions

Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)

ITIL Certification is preferred

Experience with SCRUM and / or traditional project management is desired

Willing to work on EMEA shift
