Your ability to accelerate impact and make meaningful change for your clients is enabled by our strategic partner ecosystem and our robust technology platforms across the IBM portfolio **Your role and responsibilities** * Lead the SAP EWM implementation and optimization for Carlsberg’s global supply chain and logistics operations, focusing on improving warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and process automation. * Oversee the integration of EWM with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and TM, ensuring seamless data flow and system performance. * Drive the design and execution of best practices for warehouse processes, including inbound/outbound logistics, stock movement, and order fulfillment, tailored to the brewery industry’s unique needs. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system alignment with business objectives, ensuring scalability and compliance with industry regulations. * Provide subject-matter expertise, guiding the project team in solving complex issues and making decisions that support the successful delivery of the EWM solution. **Required technical and professional expertise** Leadership capabilities: * Proven track record of leading teams in large-scale SAP EWM implementations and optimizations. * Ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with stakeholders across various business functions, ensuring smooth project delivery. * Strong mentoring and coaching skills, helping team members develop their technical and functional expertise. * Experienced in defining the strategic direction for SAP EWM solutions, including system design, integration, and execution. * Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with senior leadership and project stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. **Preferred technical and professional experience** AP module knowledge: Which modules and what level of experience: * SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management): Expert level - Comprehensive experience with end-to-end EWM implementations, from warehouse design to system optimization. * SAP MM (Materials Management): Advanced - Expertise in material master data management, procurement processes, and integration with EWM. * SAP WM (Warehouse Management): Advanced - In-depth knowledge of legacy WM, with hands-on experience in transitioning to EWM. * SAP SD (Sales and Distribution): Intermediate - Understanding of sales order processing, inventory management, and how they integrate with EWM for order fulfillment. * SAP TM (Transportation Management): Intermediate - Experience with transportation planning and integration with warehouse processes. * SAP PP (Production Planning): Intermediate - Knowledge of production scheduling and material flow from production to warehouse, ensuring seamless integration with EWM.
