We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Salesforce FSL Developer to join our dynamic team working on cutting-edge Field Service projects. In this role, you’ll design and develop innovative Salesforce Field Service (FSL) solutions that enhance scheduling, dispatching, and customer experience. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to bring powerful, scalable, and user-friendly field service applications to life.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy custom solutions within Salesforce Field Service (FSL) using LWC, Apex, flows, and triggers.
Customize and configure FSL features such as scheduling, mobile workflows, work orders, and optimization logic.
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs or middleware.
Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance issues across Salesforce and FSL components.
Stay ahead of the curve with new Salesforce releases, especially in the FSL domain.
Contribute to agile ceremonies and work closely with cross-functional agile teams.
Must-Have Skills7+ years of overall Salesforce development experience.
Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience with FSL.
Successfully delivered 2–3 FSL projects end-to-end.
Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Strong understanding of Salesforce FSL architecture and data model.
Experience with FSL mobile app customization and offline capabilities.
Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
Solid foundation in object-oriented programming and design patterns.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred SkillsSalesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I/II, Field Service Lightning Consultant (strongly preferred).
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and automated deployments.
Familiarity with testing frameworks like Apex Unit Tests, Jest, etc.
