Job Description Insight Global is seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join one of the largest Auctioneering companies in North America. The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce development, automation, and integrations specifically with Marketing Cloud. This role will primarily focus on Sales Cloud enhancements, with lighter involvement in Marketing Cloud development. Provide technical leadership Write high quality, testable and easily maintainable code in a variety of languages (APEX/SOQL, Java, SQL, Javascript, HTML, CSS) Develop test classes and automation test scripts to support Quality Assurance activities Perform code reviews and provide feedback to other development team members Perform systems maintenance tasks Mentor team members in technical and other aspects of software development Assist Product Owners in turning high-level business requirements into technical tasks and contribute to estimation Work with all internal technical stakeholders (QA, System Integrators, System Analysts, Solutions Architects) to ensure product quality and reliability in production environments Perform Software Development activities in an Agile workflow with Scrum, backlog grooming and retrospectives We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements 5-8+ years developing software in a variety of environments with a focus on Salesforce (Sales and Marketing Clouds ) Experience in an Agile Environment Proficiency in automation tools and techniques within Salesforce. Experience with Salesforce mobile application including Maps and Sales Cloud Expertise in Lightning Web Components and Apex. Strong knowledge of SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
