As Surgical Sales Specialist, you are required to Promote and sell the organization's products across multiple sales channels including selling directly to end-consumer or organizations; selling to resellers, distributers, or retail outlets; and promoting through medical representatives to physicians, etc.

In this role, a typical day will include:

Responsible for promoting assigned products (disposables and IOL) to Healthcare Professionals at both HA and private hospitalsMaintain and develop relationships with Healthcare Professionals and provide necessary Operation Theatre supportExplore and develop new business opportunitiesExecute sales plan and strategy, participate and conduct different level events & meetingsCommunicate with Healthcare Professionals about latest update of product, service and prices, events, etc.Investigate market intelligence; feedbacks; and suggestions

What you’ll bring to Alcon:

Bachelor degree or above (preferable in Science related discipline)With relevant 2 years or above sales experience (preferable in medical device /pharm industry) at HA.With Operation Theatre sales experience preferredGood communication & interpersonal skillWill be considered as Surgical Sales Specialist with less experience
