Senior Sales Specialist

Job Responsibilities

Organizes and implements selling activities in line with the plan for business in private sector

Achieve or exceed annual and quarterly sales objectives through the use of professional selling skills, time and territory management and the efficient use of promotional material consistent with marketing objectives

Work with Sales Manager to develop and execute sales plan once proposed forecast is approved

Identify new business opportunities and gain new or expanded business within territory while maintaining existing business

Develop and maintain territory and customer records

Attend regular departmental meetings with manager to build in continuous feedback mechanisms

Ensure all activities in territory are executed with professionalism and comply with Abbott standards and Code of Conduct

Report any product quality complaints and adverse events to Quality Assurance and

Affiliate Safety Representative respectively

Requirements: Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Science, Pharmaceutical or related discipline

Sales experience in health-care industry preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales

Energetic and outgoing character with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Result oriented to achieve/exceed job expectations

Good English & fluent Cantonese. Fair Mandarin is preferred
