Senior Sales Specialist

**Job Responsibilities**
+ Organizes and implements selling activities in line with the plan for business in private sector
+ Achieve or exceed annual and quarterly sales objectives through the use of professional selling skills, time and territory management and the efficient use of promotional material consistent with marketing objectives
+ Work with Sales Manager to develop and execute sales plan once proposed forecast is approved
+ Identify new business opportunities and gain new or expanded business within territory while maintaining existing business
+ Develop and maintain territory and customer records
+ Attend regular departmental meetings with manager to build in continuous feedback mechanisms
+ Ensure all activities in territory are executed with professionalism and comply with Abbott standards and Code of Conduct
+ Report any product quality complaints and adverse events to Quality Assurance and
+ Affiliate Safety Representative respectively
**Requirements: Education and Experience**
+ Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Science, Pharmaceutical or related discipline
+ Sales experience in health-care industry preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales
+ Energetic and outgoing character with strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Result oriented to achieve/exceed job expectations
+ Good English & fluent Cantonese. Fair Mandarin is preferred
+ Good communication and interpersonal skills
