What You Can Expect Achieve sales and margin objectives for cytology and molecular diagnostic products in your territory. Identify and develop relationships with OB-GYNs, medical laboratory professionals, and key opinion leaders. Plan, prepare, and conduct regular sales calls, presentations, and educational sessions. Provide technical and clinical support to customers, including product training and troubleshooting. Analyse market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and identify new business opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., supply chain, regulatory, field services) to ensure seamless customer experience. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and submit timely reports on sales activities and market feedback. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and industry regulations. What We Expect A bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field. Working experience within diagnostic sales experience, ideally with exposure to public hospital segments. Proven ability to achieve sales and margin targets for diagnostic capital equipment and consumables. Experience in delivering professional education or training to healthcare professionals. Knowledge of laboratory cytology, molecular diagnostics, and clinical workflow is highly desirable. Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and work effectively in a team.
