Summary

STERIS Hong Kong is looking for a Senior Sales Representative to drive growth in our Endoscopy product portfolio by engaging healthcare facilities across Hong Kong.

 

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with healthcare providers, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You’ll take an agile, insights-driven approach to uncovering opportunities, supported by strong market research, strategic planning, and execution.

 

You will also play a vital role in product marketing, implementation, forecasting, and budget management—ensuring our solutions deliver real value to hospitals and healthcare systems across Malaysia.

What You Will Do Develop and execute product sales strategies to achieve sales goals and targets Work closely with the line manager and team members to create and implement effective sales plans Assist medical staff during endoscopic procedures by offering guidance on the use and application of endoscopic devices Conduct training sessions for healthcare staff on the proper use of endoscopic devices Provide professional advice to customers to ensure customer needs are met and sales targets achieved through regular customer communication Identify new business opportunities and create actionable business plans Engage in marketing activities, conferences, exhibitions, and booth presentations as required Provide essential market data and competitor insights with the sales and marketing team Participate in regular departmental meetings with line manager and team members to facilitate continuous feedback and improvement Ensure all activities are executed with professionalism and comply with company standards and Code of Conduct The Experience, Skills and Abilities Needed Bachelor’s Degree in Science discipline or equivalent Significant relevant experience with proven sales track record in both medical capital and consumable sector Experience in promoting infection control and endoscopy products is highly preferred Solid hands-on experience in sales training and in-service Ability to maintain strong bonding with customers Ability to quickly absorb new clinical and product information Responds quickly & being proactive Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal Good team player Talented candidate with less experience will be offered the role of sales representative
