What You'll Be Doing

Drive sales growth by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the aggregates market.Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.Represent the company at industry events and with key stakeholders.

What Are We Looking For

Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Demonstrated success in a sales or business development role.Experience in outside sales within the building materials or construction industryAbility to analyze data and market trends to drive decisions.

Work Environment
This role involves a mix of office and field work, including regular travel to customer sites, quarries, and industry events. Safety is a top priority, and all employees are expected to adhere to company safety standards and protocols.
