The Sr. Sales Representative position is\nresponsible for selling the Honeywell Smart Energy offerings into the assigned\nterritory and customers in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Israel.\nClose cooperation with Channel Partners, End-users and EPCs is expected.

He/ She will be experienced in selling a broad range of Smart Energy solutions\nincluding Gas and Water meters, Software Solutions, ongoing Service and\nSupport. He/ She will achieve sales targets from existing or\nnew accounts/customers aligned with business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop\n and demonstrate strong understanding of the customer’s business. Identify\n where Honeywell can add value through technology and solutions.Penetrate\n new market or accounts, identify, and develop relationships with the\n key decision makers, uncover new business opportunities, recommend\n differentiated solutions, negotiate, and win the business.Identify\n opportunities for replacing competitive solutions with Honeywell\n solutions, qualify the opportunities, progress and close.Effectively\n leverage and marshal internal Honeywell resources to maximize win rate.Represent Honeywell with our customers in a cheerful, responsive,\n professional, proactive, and ethical manner that reflects well on our\n company and core values.Engage\n at multiple levels in target customers, coordinate customer\n facing and internal efforts to produce winning value propositions\n and proposals that win orders and achieve or exceed Target and\n leverage best in class sales methodology for\n maximizing sales potential. Follow the details of\n the Sales Operating System (SOS) with an emphasis\n on disciplined usage of our CRM, accurate\n weekly forecasting, monthly pipeline reviews and quarterly walk to\n plan.Ability\n to travel as needed.

Required:

Preferred\n Degree in: Engineering, Automation, Technology or Business (or\n equivalent knowledge / experience in these fields) 5+\n years of Sales experience3+\n years’ experience selling Metering equipment/Field Instrumentation, Automation Technologies,\n Industrial solutions and Software.Demonstrate\n a track record of taking a new account, breaking in at\n upper-level management levels, and creating a pipeline of\n opportunities that turn in to orders.Candidate\n has a very good understanding of the industry value chain and\n understands well the client requirements. This results into the ability to\n clearly present our value proposition and our specific\n solution portfolio.To\n present to our client, base the ability to communicate with\n various levels in the customers’ organizationincluding executive\n management, manufacturing leaders, QA and regulatory compliance staff\n as well as automation technology management.Provides\n market feedback to product development making\n our portfolio stronger, experience planning, developing,\n and executing sales campaigns or programs in specific markets or\n for specific products, excellent communication\n skills and relationship building skills, at all levels of\n the organization and track record of developing, executing, and\n achieving tactical and strategic initiatives through\n active leadership that positively impact global business plans,\n operating profits, practices, policies and procedures.Proven\n ability to meet or exceed quota in a complex sales environment,\n polished professional with excellent\n organizational, communication negotiations,\n and interpersonal skills and familiarity with\n Honeywell portfolio and service solutions a plusFormal sales training\n and experience working with one or more complex sales methodologies
