In Eaton, making our work exciting, engaging, meaningful; ensuring safety, health, wellness; and being a model of inclusion & diversity are already embedded in who we are - it’s in our values, part of our vision, and our clearly defined aspirational goals. **What you’ll do:** The primary function of the job is to manage all Power Distribution sales efforts within the country with focusing in the South of Vietnam either direct or through partners; achieve annual sales and growth targets. + Develop business opportunities to achieve PD sales target by being responsible for monthly and quarterly sales target and margin control + Establish breaker (Vacuum Circuit Breaker(VCB), Air Circuit Breaker(ACB), Broad molded case circuit breaker (MCCB), and Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCB)) and PDA businesses in Vietnam, with focus on the panel builder business and commercial and industrial projects + Introduce competitive power distribution products to Vietnam marketAnalyse the Vietnam power distribution business and be able to launch new products in Vietnam market + Conduct market price analysis and competitor product analysis **Qualifications:** + 10 years working experience in power distribution related business, breaker sales (Vacuum Circuit Breaker(VCB), Air Circuit Breaker(ACB), Broad molded case circuit breaker (MCCB), and Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCB)) background preferred + Experiences in working with panel builder, electrical consultant, and contractor are mandatory + Able to do distributor management for sales target meeting and stock planning + Able to establish sales channel/distributor + Basic English language communication skills in writing + Technical expertise of power distribution products + Based in Ho Chi Minh City We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
