**Job Description:** 1. 负责河北区域(以石家庄为中心)的口腔医疗设备销售 2. 独立开发并维护民营诊所、公立医院及连锁集团客户,完成公司分配的销售指标(年度约600万元). 3. 管理并协同区域经销商,推动渠道进货、终端覆盖和回款; 4. 根据客户需求提供专业的产品方案,参与售前讲解、设备演示、院内沟通与招投标协作; 5. 定期收集市场信息与竞品动态,反馈客户需求并推动策略优化; 6. 组织和参与区域市场活动,如小型沙龙、产品培训、客户拜访日等。 **Job Requirements:** 大专及以上学历,医学、口腔、护理、生物、市场营销等相关专业优先; 至少5年以上医疗器械或设备销售经验,有口腔类设备/数字化产品销售背景者优先; 熟悉河北区域口腔行业,具备良好的客户资源或区域网络; 有独立操作客户、推动成交、维护长期合作的实战能力; 优秀的沟通能力、自我驱动能力与抗压能力; 能适应区域内出差; 有经销商管理经验者优先考虑。 **Operating Company:** DEXIS Envista and its family of companies (Envista) will not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from a candidate.
