**About the Role**
We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to support Sales hiring for our Uber for Business (U4B) team across the EMEA region. In this role, you’ll partner with senior sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to build high-performing commercial teams and deliver tailored recruiting strategies that support growth in key markets.

With clients ranging from global enterprise corporations to fast-growing startups, U4B brings the best of Uber to the business world—simplifying operations and delivering exceptional service at scale.
This role sits within the EMEA Core Business Talent Acquisition team, which leads hiring for all Corporate, Mobility, and Uber for Business roles across the region. Our close-knit team of 7 Recruiters is based between Amsterdam and Dubai, and part of the broader EMEA TA team, made up of 40+ Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators primarily centered in our vibrant TA hub in Amsterdam.
**What the Candidate Will Do**
- Own end-to-end hiring for key Sales roles across the region, with a focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience
- Advise hiring managers with data-driven insights and market intelligence
- Identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and proactively remove them
- Build and execute effective sourcing strategies tailored to each market and role
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Compensation, Mobility, Immigration) to ensure seamless hiring operations
- Continuously improve how we attract, assess, and hire top sales talent
**What the Candidate Will Need**
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on Sales or commercial roles in tech or high-growth environment
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence hiring decisions at all levels
- Comfortable working with recruiting data to inform actions and communicate progress
- Proven ability to adapt in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Deep commitment to inclusive hiring and building diverse teams
- Most importantly, you’ll need desire, hustle, and grit. The pace is fast and success comes to those who are proactive, resilient, and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in German or another European language is a strong plus
