In this crucial role, you will leverage your expertise to ensure our sales orders meet all regulatory requirements, manage essential documentation, oversee the entire order process. You will work closely with our Logistics team to facilitate efficient order preparation and transportation and collaborate with the Sales and Operations Execution team for product allocation. Your advanced analytical skills and deep understanding of order management processes will be vital in maintaining smooth operations and compliance across our global order management activities. **Main responsibilities:** + Responsible for managing the sales order compliance process. This includes tasks such as licence assignment and verification, ensure controls compliance. + When required, block the order for delivery or billing and responsible to follow up to remove delivery block as appropriate when issue is resolved and liaise with the impacted stakeholders (e.g. Distribution) + Monitor orders blocked and perform modification upon requests from the relevant stakeholders (e.g., delivery date change, quantity change, etc.) identify the reason associated and document the changes done + Handle documentation processes e.g. checking and validating country specific,international documents, determiningoptimal documentation requirements. + Liaise with local responsible to ensure the proper execution of stock allocation that has been previously set-up into the system.
