**About the Role**
The Uber Eats Sales Operations is looking for a highly analytical and strategic Sr Sales Operations Associate to support our Sales and Account Management teams across Latin America.
In this role, you'll act as a key business partner to commercial leadership—owning reporting, optimizing operational processes, and enabling sales performance at scale through powerful data solutions.
This is a role for someone who understands commercial teams’ daily realities and has a strong data and automation background. We're looking for someone who can turn insights into action and build scalable tools that empower our teams to perform at their best.
This is a hybrid role based in Mexico City.
**What You'll Do**
- Partner with Sales and Account Management leaders to uncover insights, improve reporting, and influence strategic decisions
- Build, maintain, and scale dashboards, tools, and automation that support day-to-day commercial processes and merchant needs
- Translate business problems into clear, data-driven recommendations and operational solutions
- Lead deep-dive analyses and performance modeling to identify growth, efficiency, and retention opportunities
- Be the go-to person for complex ad-hoc data requests, supporting the teams with timely and actionable information
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align tools and processes with broader business goals
- Proactively identify gaps in current commercial workflows and build scalable solutions to address them
**What You'll Need**
- 6–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Strategy & Planning, Consulting, or Business Intelligence roles
- Proven experience working with Sales or Commercial organizations
- Advanced skills in SQL and Google Sheets/Slides (Python or other languages a strong plus)
- Deep understanding of commercial KPIs, pipeline, and forecasting tools
- Track record of building tools, automating workflows, and simplifying complex datasets for cross-functional teams
- Strong business acumen and a clear ability to connect data to operational decisions
- Comfortable engaging with senior commercial leadership to drive alignment and deliver impact
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) or other CRM platforms
- Highly autonomous, structured, and adaptable in fast-changing environments
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience designing and optimizing sales performance tools and processes
- Background in pipeline modeling, ROI analysis, or performance forecasting
- Proficiency in Python, R, or similar a plus
- Experience building solutions for non-technical stakeholders
