Plans and coordinates projects to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team. + Develops processes and procedures to support the sales process and participates in the development of requirements for sales support systems. + Maintains information of sales activities that support sales performance metrics and sales process improvement. + Professional with working knowledge and experience within own discipline and developing understanding of related disciplines, completing specialized tasks under low to moderate supervision. + Continues to build knowledge about the organization, processes and customers. + May provide informal guidance to newer team members. + Has regular, moderate impact on own work team. + Builds the ability to influence others. + Applies existing guidelines and policies under a moderate level of guidance and direction. + Analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments about resolving problems. **Responsible for all sales operations support including, but not limited, to:** + Daily support of NA Senior Leadership by turning ambiguous problems into actionable solutions + Preparing executive-level presentations on sales performance metrics. + Perform Monthly Commissions; Includes: POS sales, direct sales, Rep Dashboards, Regional Sales Dashboards, Rep Statements, Payment Approvals + Provide daily support of Channel Manager + Approve Design Win Registration + Maintaining data integrity and optimizing CRM functionalities. + IT Support for certain asks from Global Sales + Creating and modifying identifier codes in QAD; Ad hoc support of NA sales team + Creating training materials for best practices in sales operations and technology usage. **Qualifications** : + Bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant work experience, required + 5 or more years relevant work experience preferred + Able to work independently + Ability to create data spreadsheets for presentations + Excel background + Critical Thinking + Ability to articulate data findings at a high and detailed level Join our Talent Community (http://careers.dupont.com/us/en/jointalentcommunity) to stay connected with us!
