Senior Sales Manager (Toyota)
**Overview** Manages & facilitates technology development & account efficiency for Toyota Sales Group. **Responsibilities** **A DAY IN THE LIFE:** **New Technology Development Lead** + Manages and develops new technology presentations/demonstration within the Toyota Sales Group. + Coordination and facilitates Global Technology development with Panasonic-Japan and PED-Japan especially as it relates to the E-Cockpit/ADAS/HMI/Camera/Wireless Charger designs + Provides strong leadership/motivational skills to Senior Account Managers as it relates to new technology. + Works with planning teams Toyota to establish and meet sales objectives, improves productivity, increases revenues and maximizes profitability within the group/division. **Tactical and Strategic Plans-Global** + Develops and implements strategic and tactical business plans that will include global development with Panasonic-Japan for the Toyota Sales Group. + Integrates strategic and tactical plans across both business and technical teams for maximum impact to growing our market share globally for the Toyota Sales Team. + Contributes to the formulation and implementation of division/group policies and goals and executes through customer meetings. **Sales Forecasting and Reporting** + Directs sales forecasting activities and variance explanation using EDI/APV etc. + Prepares periodic sales reports showing current sales forecasts/vehicles forecasts/TMNA Production Updates. + Provides Factory with New Product / Technology direction to PASAP/PASMX/PASRY + Customer Relationships-TMS/TTC + Maintains and creates mutually beneficial relationships with customer executives and staff at TMS/TTC. + Identifies prospects for new or replacement business and probe customers to determine their business needs. **Factory Relationships** + Directs and monitors internal resources and systems to ensure product is shipped to the customer within agreed upon timeframe. + Identifies and establishes product and customer strategy and aligns internal resources to support strategy. + Effectively/professionally works with all levels of factory personnel to assure customer requirements are being met with new model launches. **Data Management** + Demonstrates expert understanding of customer and auto industry trends, developments and standards as it relates to TMS PPD/CAD & TTC ES/IVS. + Quotations and Pricing- GPMP Charter and DCP Process. + Advises and directs RFQ strategy and process with factory, account managers and customer. + Maintains high visibility in price negotiations and renewals. + Maintains minimum profit margin requirements. **Financial** + Directs process to minimize / eliminate charge backs and to ensure accounts receivables are transacted in a timely and efficient manner.
