• Minimum 4–6 years of sales experience in hospitality, with at least 2 years focused on serviced residences or extended-stay markets.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-value corporate clients.
• Strong understanding of long-stay client expectations and contract negotiations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, strategic, and goal-oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales systems.
• Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
