Senior Sales Manager M&I Europe
As a **Senior Sales Manager - Maintenance & Inspection** here at Honeywell, you will lead the sales strategy and execution for our Maintenance & Inspection solutions across Europe. Your role involves driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to our clients. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our sales initiatives in the Maintenance & Inspection sector. You will report directly to our Sales Director, and you’ll work out of our European location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the overall sales performance and market presence of our Maintenance & Inspection solutions. Your leadership will drive the success of our sales team, ensuring that we meet and exceed our business objectives while delivering outstanding service to our customers. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Maintenance & Inspection solutions in Europe. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and drive sales growth. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales initiatives and customer solutions. **YOU MUST HAVE** • 3+ years of experience in sales management, specifically in the Solution Sales/M&I sector or related field. • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets. • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management. • Experience in analyzing market trends and developing competitive strategies. **WE VALUE** • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in sales management within the industrial or technology sectors. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team. • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach. **ABOUT HONEYWELL** Honeywell International Inc.
