The Senior Sales Manager executes the sales strategy at the operational level, leading a team to achieve quarterly/annual targets through tactical planning and client relationship management.

Job DescriptionTactical Execution & Revenue GrowthAchieve sales target by selling toolchain solutions to Tier1s and OEMs leading regional sales teamsDesign customized and customer-based sales strategy to reach sales targetDeploy counter measures to mitigate sales targetAccount ManagementCultivate high level customer relationships at 5–10 strategic accounts, ensuring high customer NPSImplement company customer relationship strategyTeam ManagementDissect‌ annual targets into monthly/account-level KPIs; conduct daily pipeline reviews to eliminate bottlenecksLead‌ KAMs to enforce sales accountability via regular WIN/LOSS analysis and retroDesign individual sales KPI in multiple dimensions to align with company long term and short term target

 

Qualifications

 

8+ years in automotive software sales, with deep expertise in automotive software, eg: AUTOSAR (AP/CP), SOA protocols (SOME/IP, DDS), or toolchains (Vector, ETAS, EB).Strategic mindset with expertise in market analysis and competitive intelligence.Strong stakeholder management skills and customer high level communications
