Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Delivery

Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Drive direct sales of luxury residential projects to investors and end-users.

Implement innovative approaches to maximize lead conversion.

Client & Broker Relationship Management

Prospect, engage, and nurture relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and corporate buyers.

Build and manage a strong network of brokers and channel partners.

Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of clients and sales opportunities.

Market Intelligence & Business Development

Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, buyer behaviors, and new opportunities.

Provide data-driven insights to position properties competitively and guide client decisions.

Sales Process & Negotiation

Deliver compelling project presentations to clients and brokers.

Handle negotiations, objections, and deal closures with professionalism.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless documentation, contracts, and payment processing.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales executives to exceed targets.

Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of team members.

Establish a culture of accountability, customer focus, and performance excellence.

CRM & Data Management

Ensure accurate sales reporting and pipeline management through CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: 3–5 years in real estate sales in Dubai, preferably within the luxury property market.

Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a strong client-centric approach.

Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Dubai’s real estate trends, demographics, and investor landscape.

Network: Pre-established relationships with brokers, channel partners, and high-net-worth clients.

Technical: CRM proficiency (Salesforce or equivalent).
