Fluor Engineering NV, located in Antwerp, is focused on developing long-term relationships with customers in revamping, debottlenecking and expanding the production capacity of their existing facilities in all sectors of the Process Industry in Belgium: Chemical, Petrochemical, Power, Life Sciences, Food, Pharmaceutical, Recycling. The Antwerp office provides full project execution services: from conceptual engineering, basic engineering, and detailed engineering through commissioning and construction support. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Antwerp. In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic sales initiatives, manage key client relationships, and lead complex opportunity pursuits from inception to contract closure. Key Responsibilities: + Lead Sales Pursuits: Manage sales opportunities of increasing size and complexity, from initial screening through to contract finalization, ensuring alignment with our sales process and “must-have” requirements at every stage. + Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth and cross-selling. + Sales Process Oversight: Monitor and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of sales data in Connect to Win (CTW), maintaining high standards of data quality. + Account Planning: Lead the Account Management Review process, developing strategic account plans and ensuring proper documentation in CTW, either directly or through coordination with the Sales Coordinator. + Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate client engagement across various internal sales and operations teams to ensure a unified corporate approach and maximize integrated selling opportunities. **Basic Job Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years of relevant experience + Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders + Solid technical knowledge related to the role + Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently under time pressure **Other Job Requirements** + Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through visits, calls, and follow-ups + Stay informed on industry trends, challenges, and key players + Understand Fluor’s strengths and how we compare to competitors + Prepare and present compelling proposals with clear risk insights + Support business development and sales initiatives + Use sales tools and technology to drive results + Collaborate with operations teams to expand client engagement + Foster a culture of teamwork and shared success **Preferred Qualifications** + Understand and apply legal, commercial, and risk strategies in sales + Build strong, goal-oriented client relationships + Lead proposal development and opportunity targeting + Create tailored, value-driven solutions for clients + Manage key client interfaces and maintain ongoing engagement + Align client needs with strategic objectives + Plan and execute effective sales calls and follow-ups **To be Considered Candidates:** Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
