Senior Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and implement sales strategies to expand business in the Government and PSU vertical through system integrations.
+ Identify and engage with key Government agencies, departments, and decision-makers to drive business opportunities.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators and partners to enhance sales effectiveness.
+ Work closely with internal teams, including pre-sales, technical, and marketing, to develop customized solutions for government clients.
+ Lead proposal development, Bid management, and RFP responses for government contracts end to end.
+ Ensure compliance with Government procurement policies and regulations.
+ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and government policies to identify new opportunities.
+ Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
+ Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and government-related forums.
Qualifications & Experience:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
+ 12-15 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the government sector.
+ Proven track record of selling IT solutions, software, or hardware through system integrators.
+ Strong understanding of government procurement processes, tenders, and contracting mechanisms.
+ Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Strong communication and presentation skills.
+ Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Skills:
+ Experience in handling large government projects and tenders.
+ Knowledge of Data Center Infrastructure, Managed Services, Cloud computing, Cybersecurity, AI, IoT, or other emerging technologies.
+ Established network within Government agencies and system integrators.
