Senior Sales Incentive Specialist
**Senior Sales Incentive Specialist** As a Senior Sales Incentive Specialist at Honeywell, you will be a key player in the development and execution of sales incentive programs that enhance our sales team's performance. You will help ensure accurate commission calculations, provide insights for optimization, and collaborate with various departments to align incentives with company goals. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data analysis tools. You will report directly to our Sales Excellence Senior Director, and you’ll work out of our Bucharest, Romania location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the effectiveness of our sales strategies by analyzing sales data to ensure we are accurately paying the sales team on time. You will assist with tracking sales performance and make suggestions for incentive improvements that motivate high performance and drive sales results. With your problem-solving skills, you will identify and help resolve issues related to incentive programs and commission calculations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES + Analyzing sales data, forecasting, and actual performance to identify areas for improvement and ensure accurate commission calculations. + Preparing reports on sales performance, incentive payouts, and program effectiveness for management. + Identifying and implementing improvements to incentive compensation processes and systems. + Effectively communicating incentive plan details, performance results, and recommendations to stakeholders. + Analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and drawing insights to optimize incentive programs. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of sales incentive calculations and payouts. + Support the sales team by providing guidance on incentive opportunities and program details. + Support the process around deploying and tracking sales incentives. YOU MUST HAVE + 5+ years of transferable experience. + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas, utilize pivot tables for data analysis, and implement data visualization techniques. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Experience in analyzing sales data and metrics. WE VALUE + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. + Passion for driving sales performance and achieving business objectives. + Salesforce, SAP and PowerBI experience. + Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of incentive calculations and data reporting. + Ability to meet deadlines. + The ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
