From leveraging insights and analysis to make data-driven decisions - to spearheading sustainable business practices that contribute to consistent and reliable business growth - we are unwaveringly passionate about making a meaningful impact, and always doing the right thing. **Your responsibilities** • Ownership and full understanding of all dimensions of the P&L • Developing deep understanding of business with focus on company strategy, customer/brand investment strategies • Business Partnering for commercial teams requiring exceptional business acumen and financial knowledge • Acting as a point of contact for Key Account Managers regarding their trade budgets • Sales promotions approval, evaluation and review; challenging KAMs to attach evidence and verification of • documentation, • Regular Trade Spend accruals reviews; ensure trade conditions reflect sales contracts, • Archiving Sales contracts • Support during audit process (external & internal) • Managing month end close activities, • Internal reporting in local dimension, • Preparation of reports, presentations and analysis designed to communicate selected financial data to the stakeholders. • Support and challenge commercial teams in analysis, recommendations and implementations of business decisions related to sales, with focus on Trade Investment • Play key role in driving actions for enhancing margins, lead projects and be responsible for full delivery of the results • Lead Financial dimensions of Planning / Forecasting process for Sales • Build and maintain proactive and positive interaction with business leaders to ensure effective working relationships with focus on delivery of financial results **The experience we're looking for** • Educational background in Finance / Economics, • Job experience: 3-5 years’ experience in Commercial Controlling with focus on business partnering to sales (FMCG preferred) • Very good knowledge of Polish is absolutely required • Very good knowledge of English required, • Advanced knowledge of Excel • Experience / Knowledge of SAP ERP system, Siebel, SAP Analytical Cloud will be additional advantage • Excellent business acumen and commercial understanding, customer and market knowledge • Ability to support and challenge commercial teams in achieving financial commitments and influence business decisions • Dynamic problem solver with a high result orientation • Excellent communicator able to build strong working relationships • Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills • Strong attention to details and ability to work with large amount of data **What we offer** • Friendly working atmosphere in a dynamic and professional team • Opportunity for professional development • Attractive annual bonus system for each employee • MyBenefit cafetery system • Mobile phone and laptop (for personal use) • Possibility to work in hybrid mode • Healthcare and life insurance (for you family as well) • Additional holidays: 1 day off to celebrate your birthday & 1 day off for complex private medical check • Discount on our products in our corporate shop • Discount card for shopping at Careffour ..and many more! **Equality** We recognise that in real life, great people don't always 'tick all the boxes'.
