Senior Sales Executive

We have a unique opening for a seasoned sales executive to be part of the European team, based in London.
The Senior Sales Executive for Confirmation in the Audit workflow, is a new position within the team and will be responsible for managing and growing the largest banks & financial services companies on the platform, including leading some Global relationships. You will also be prospecting, cold calling & social selling to develop new relationships and finding new business opportunities for net new clients across banks and financial services companies in UK and Ireland. The Senior Sales Executive position is a hybrid role, requiring excellent communication skills, both virtually and face to face.
The successful Senior Sales Executive draws on their high level of initiative and ability to apply strong business acumen to conduct a thorough needs analysis within their accounts. A successful Senior Sales Executive has the ability to develop trust, demonstrate their credibility with all account stakeholders through their knowledge of Confirmation and Audit products, and services and acquired knowledge of the financial services and accounting industry. The Senior Sales Executive tailors their client presentations to the unique needs of the individual account and articulates their proposals through ROI justification to shorten the sales cycle.

Attain monthly and annual targets for both revenue and KPIsDevelop strong relationships with banks and financial services clientsDevelop and implement a sales strategy to drive growth onto the fintech platform.Drive growth & net new clients in the UK & Ireland, achieving pipeline and sales targetsStrong collaboration with internal stakeholders to achieve the goals of the territoryAttend client meetings, tradeshows, user groups, and key conferences to network, build new contacts and drive growthWork with the Marketing team to plan and drive strategic initiatives, programmes, messaging, and campaigns within the region and segmentProvide market feedback to the product team that enhances the current offeringComplete weekly sales performance reports and completes all CRM reporting in a timely and accurate mannerThis position requires travel across the UK, and Europe as requiredAbout You
Min 4 years’ experience in a B2B sales position, with demonstrable experience with key accountsSelf-starter, able to launch and implement projects of own initiative.Proven track record of achieving & exceeding targets within a complex saleExperience of ability to build strong relationships and excellent communication skillsExceptional presenting skills at the C level/senior levelEnthusiastic to develop fresh ideas, learn new skills and work closely with other team members in Europe & GlobalExperience of selling into banks and financial institutions a plus#LI-KL1
