Senior Executive/Assistant Sales Manager (Automotive & HVAC) – Delhi NCR
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented professional to drive business growth in Automotive, Pharmaceutical, and HVAC industries. The role involves sales strategy, business development, client relationship management, and technical solution selling with a focus on air filtration, cleanroom compliance, and HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop & implement sales strategies for business growth in targeted sectors.
Build and maintain strong client relationships across institutional and industrial clients.
Re-engage inactive clients through customized solutions and offers.
Provide technical consultation on filtration systems and regulatory compliance.
Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and track industry trends.
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution.
Candidate Profile:
BE – Mechanical (MBA preferred) with 5–7 years’ industrial sales experience in Automotive, Pharma, or HVAC.
Strong track record in B2B solution sales with knowledge of air filtration and cleanroom standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Willingness to travel and engage with clients across the region.
