Senior Sales Executive

Our client is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive growth across the UAE and neighboring markets, leveraging deep industry expertise in paints, coatings, or construction.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets by generating leads, converting competitive accounts, and promoting new technologies across the assigned region. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, understanding their needs through a consultative sales approach. Sales Operations & Reporting: Ensure accurate CRM updates, report on sales performance and competitive activity, and align with ERP and CFO guidelines for process improvements. Compliance & Support: Adhere to QHSE and legal standards, provide technical support, and escalate customer challenges when necessary.

 

Qualifications:

 

A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Paint Technology), Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, or an equivalent qualification is required. Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in the Industrial, Paints, Coatings, or Building Construction sectors. Must have prior experience managing sales across the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, and Yemen. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
