PT Pamerindo Indonesia is part of Informa Markets, the leading trade fair organiser in Indonesia, established with the sole purpose of organising specialised trade exhibitions for the Indonesian market. The company has grown considerably and now regularly organises over 20 trade exhibitions in the following sectors: Beauty, Building & Construction, Electric & Power, Food & Hotel, Laboratory, Manufacturing, Mining, Plastics & Rubber, Oil & Gas sectors. Since its inception PT Pamerindo Indonesia has organised over 200 international trade exhibitions in Jakarta, Surabaya, and Bali.

Job DescriptionMeet or exceed revenue targets for assigned Sales through strategic engagement of customersSell products to assigned customer Sales, managing a larger number of lower revenue customers depending on the market and brandMaintain and strengthen existing customer relationships through demonstrating a detailed understanding of customer business strategy and needsDelivery of assigned Sales campaigns, against Sales, products and revenue targetsDevelopment of brand and industry specific knowledge, including competitor events, to enhance and improve new business sales performanceOwn the on-site re-booking of existing customer Sales, in line with event Sales allocation and sales targetsDevelop sales plans and approaches to grow existing customer Sales, through cross and up selling as well as the sale of integrated packages, sponsorship and advertisingDevelop and maintain industry and brand knowledge as requiredAdoption of sales pipeline process through use of Salesforce (CRM system)Maintain accurate and timely customer information and notes within Salesforce (CRM system)Manage the capture and entry of Sales contract information into CRM/ invoicing systemManage the handing over of Sale information and customer requirements (via Salesforce) to the Event Operations and Brand teamsSupport Finance in resolving bad debt customers as a final escalation point

QualificationsUniversity Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or MICEMinimum 5 years’ experience in a sales team and proven ability to deliver or overachieve on revenue targetsLanguage requirements: Verbal EnglishAbility to identify and pursue cross and up selling opportunitiesAbility to follow and execute part of a sales strategy against a set of targetsAbility to negotiate effectively, and proactively handle and respond to customer objectionsStrong interpersonal skills, confident personality, high level of enthusiasm
