**Job Summary**

Based in Singapore, this role requires travelling to meet customers to understand customers pains and needs, find opportunities & provide effective service solution to increase value to the customer. You will work closely with the proposal team and service team members to meet customer needs.
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Identifying new business opportunities and growing current customer base in SEAT Region (specified countries) by tapping our installed base.
+ Educating prospective and existing client base on our offerings & benefits of engaging Measurement Solution (MSOL) Lifecycle Services
+ Effectively delivering sales presentations to key decision makers within customer organizations.
+ Apply ICE methodology & PPVVC model to drive value selling.
+ Build & maintain MSOL Lifecycle Services opportunity funnel to meet budget & POR goals.
+ Achieving revenue (booking) and profit margin targets for MSOL Lifecycle Services.
+ Developing and driving short term & long-term sales goals for MSOL Lifecycle Services.
+ Develop Key account plan for MSOL Lifecycle Services by working with in-country sales team, Site Team leaders & Key account managers.
+ Regularly communicating with upper management on regional market strategy for MSOL Lifecycle Services.
+ Comply to company standards including utilization of systems such as CRM to maintain & manage sales funnel & POR reporting.
+ Comply to DOA for service pricing & other company policies as applicable.
+ Assisting the MSOL Lifecycle Services business leader on implementation and development of regional sales strategies to fit geographic and prospective customer needs.
+ Supervising business activities of major competitors, analyzing their results and identifying their strategies.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Minimum of 3 to 5 years of Sales experience, preferably in instrumentation and metering for the Petroleum industry.
+ Proficient in English, will coordinate with customers in the SEAT region.
+ Basic engineering and instrumentation knowledge and experience required
+ Willing to travel and visit customers’ site to assess opportunities
+ Knowledge in Oil & Gas flow measurement.
+ Outstanding interpersonal, communication & influencing skills
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
+ Diploma / bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering
+ Team managerial experience preferred.
