Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager
The Global Services Portfolio team is an essential enabler for Global Services and strategies to simplify and converge services offerings to help customer achieve their outcome. The team focuses on customer outcome-based services, defining holistic plans to support the technology along lifecycle and along the customer journey. To drive revenue growth and enhance the effectiveness of our selling motions for services, the senior Sales Effectiveness Program Manager will focus on training account teams, enabling channel partners/distributors, and ensuring the availability of high-quality customer-facing materials. The expected outcome is improved sales performance, higher customer satisfaction through expanded coverage, and increased market share. This role will directly drive improvement of our services attach rate at point of sale and upsell of premium services. **In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Work with services Product Management and Sales teams to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for account teams. + Conduct regular workshops and webinars to keep teams updated on product offerings and sales strategies. + Build and maintain a repository of training materials and resources maximising existing platforms such as Showpad. + Design and implement enablement programs for distributors and partners. + Provide ongoing support and training to ensure the channel is well-equipped to sell our services. + Collaborate with marketing to create compelling collateral, including brochures, case studies, and whitepapers. + Ensure the website is up to date with relevant information and resources. + Develop and maintain a library of sales tools and templates to support the sales process. + Develop and monitor key indicators of sales effectiveness. + Collaborate with sales operations to deploy sales coaching standard processes. + Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to improve sales efficiency. **Who You Are:** You persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks. You anticipate future trends and implications accurately. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. + 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a senior program management position. + Proven track record of managing large-scale programs and initiatives. + Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies preferred. + Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. + Proficiency with enablement platforms such as Showpad. + Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. + English language proficiency with effective oral and written communication skills. **Our Culture & Commitment to You** At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
