What the day will look like
+ Provide business insights through analytics to focus the sales team on prospects that fit the target customer segment and pursue new business opportunities.
+ Connect and influence individual contributors and leadership teams to drive local/LATAM initiatives.
+ Coach on driving Growth priorities/plays.
+ Lead validation and assignment (inside/pre-sales).
+ Aligned with growth priorities, responsible for validating sales intent and buyer criteria before assigning the lead to the appropriate sales manager (based on clear lead scoring and MQL-to-SQL criteria).
+ Deliver sales toolkits to ensure the rigor of the sales process for contacting and converting prospects into customers.
+ Manage and track the Sales Funnel from SQL to closed, won, or unwon.
+ Helping business leaders and their teams develop Aon's competitive positioning for key solutions/priorities alongside insights and marketing growth.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role
+ Technical Knowledge: Database integration
+ Studies and/or specialties: Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
+ Languages: English and/or Portuguese
+ Technological Tools: Advanced Excel skills, Power BI skills, CRM management
+ Strong interpersonal skills to interact regularly with business leaders
+ Proactive problem-solving
+ Database management and integration
