The Area Services Lead is an integral part of the Area/OU Leadership and is the face of Services across the field. With an Area or OU wide accountability, the Services Lead builds a strategy deeply connected to MCAPS to accelerate AI Transformation and commercial cloud growth. In this role you will be responsible for developing the strategy, vision & goals for the region aligned to the global Services strategy, enabling the Areas to achieve success as aligned to the GTM motion, including when to engage partners. Build Services Sales capability as the Services Sales leader for the Region. Be the connective tissue, activating Services priorities within the Area, enabling progress and acceleration. Identify patterns, insights and market inputs to contribute to the next phase of Services success. Be a change agent and guide teams successfully through change.
