Senior Sales Coordinator


I. Job Summary 

Sales Coordinator Team is a specialized department that provides support to our Account Executives whose customer needs are mostly for permanent waste and recycle services in the PNW (Washington, Oregon, BC, Idaho), Like a customer service center, but for a specific audience only, and a premier service of WM. Sales Coordinators are  very much a customer and rep oriented small team that works closely with each other to complete all requests. Sales Coordinators serve as a point of contact for our Account Executives by handling emails while also working closely with our internal partners such as operations, dispatch, billing, and leadership to complete all tasks with a large focus on billing. 

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
 

Coordinates Sales programs and acts as a liaison between Sales and other departments.. Completes weekly and monthly reporting. Which involve auditing commission and account reporting.  Works closely with their assigned sales reps to provide consistent accurate support and completion of tasks.   Proactively communicates with peers and sales reps. Actively engaged in relationship building with immediate peers, sales reps, and leadership in a mostly remote environment Open to giving and receiving suggestions, ideas, feedback.  Diligent about time management and multi-tasking of requests  Complete billing reconciliations and credit reporting for customer presentation.   Works in Excel to complete billing needs Works in local office once per week to complete tasks such as sending and receiving mailings and equipment


III. Qualifications 

A. Required Qualifications 
 

High School Diploma or GED (accredited) 4 years of previous work experience (in addition to education requirement).

The expected base pay range for this hybrid position is $50,380 - $59,290. This range represents a good faith estimate fort his position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
