The newly formed Amazon Business Sales Compensation (ABSC) team is seeking an experienced project/program manager, ideally with a sales compensation or sales operations background. In this role, you will manage and drive initiatives across the worldwide sales and sales operations teams to help the Amazon Business Sales Compensation organization launch our new program in a way that scales and keeps pace with rapid business growth.
You will work autonomously to manage multiple complex projects and schedules, provide leadership status updates, manage risk, and track relevant metrics. The ideal candidate will combine an ability to influence with problem-solving and organizational skills to drive superior outcomes.
Key job responsibilities
• Own the project plan for the AB Sales Compensation program launch
• Own the roadmap for future country expansion and compensation system implementation launches in 2027 and beyond
• Responsible for cross-functional stakeholder coordination, meeting planning, goal tracking, and leadership updates
• Lead or support doc writing and other org communications
• Lead special projects as needed
