This position is onsite in Fort Worth as an individual contributor\. **Senior Sales and Strategy Manager** Bring your experience and work ideas and for Bell\. Bell is seeking a Senior Military Sales and Strategy Manager to join the Military Sales and Strategy team\. Reporting to the Director of FLRAA Sales and Strategy, this role focuses on identifying and shaping new military business opportunities \- specifically in support of the MV\-75 and broader Advanced Vertical Lift portfolio\. This individual will lead the MV\-75 War Room enterprise—overseeing daily operations, executive\-level updates, and data tracking for decision\-making\. The role requires ongoing engagement with military customers and coordination across internal and external stakeholders aligned to Bell's FVL strategy\. This position leads the standup, management, and daily operations of our MV\-75 enterprise war room\. Responsible for recurring updates to executive leadership and data tracking for programmatic decision resolution\. This position is also responsible for the development, engagement and shaping of new US military business opportunities for Bell across the Advanced Vertical Lift portfolio, with emphasis on MV\-75 for the Army National Guard \(ARNG\)\. It requires continuous engagement with the military customer and interface with multiple stakeholders internal and external supporting Bell FVL business strategy\. **What you'll be doing as a Senior Sales and Strategy Manager** Direct the MV\-75 War Room; manage execution of the MV\-75 acceleration plan in support of Army Transformation Initiatives\.Lead business development efforts across the FVL portfolio, with a focus on MV\-75 and the Army National Guard \(ARNG\)\.Support capture efforts from opportunity identification to contract award including: leading RFI/RFP response efforts, driving cross\-functional proposal teams, develop win strategies, pricing, risk mitigation, and partner strategies, and, leading gate reviews for assigned pursuits\.Engage with various Bell and Textron teams to align technology with DoD capability gaps as well as serve as capture team lead when required\.Develop and execute executive engagement strategies across DoD and the National Guard Bureau\.Shape customer requirements to align with Bell's product and service offerings\.Represent Bell at key events and trade shows, both domestic and international\.Coordinate across internal functions: Engineering, Programs, CSS, Industrial Operations, and Commercial Sales & Marketing\.Interface with Bell's Washington D\.C\. office on corporate strategy, budget engagement, and congressional affairs\. **Qualifications** **Skills You Bring To this Role** Deep familiarity with ARNG aviation units and State Aviation Offices\.Staff\-level experience with ARNG or National Guard Adjutant General organizations\.Proven leadership of cross\-functional teams\.Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills\.Strategic mindset with the ability to operate in a high\-tempo, ambiguous environment\. **What you need to be successful** 15 years experience in military aviation, acquisition, or business development\.Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field\.Master's degree is preferred\.Ability to obtain and maintain a U\.S\. security clearance\. **What we offer you in return** You'll be off every other Friday with our 9/80 work schedule 80 hours of Personal Time Off \(PTO\) 120 hours Vacation time 12\-13 paid holidays per year 6 weeks parental leave Tuition reimbursement Competitive salary Comprehensive health insurance On\-site clinic, pharmacy, physical therapy, and licensed counselor Access to more than 11 Employee Resource Groups And so much more It's time to make your mark on the future of aviation\.
