To support to our continual growth we have an exciting role in our Sales Shared Services Team located at our FCE in Oldbury.

Job Location: Oldbury – FCE
About the Role:
Assist the Head of Shared Services - Sales in leading the day to day running of the sales office.
Ensuring that our service levels and responsiveness meet any contractual obligations and customer expectations to enable securing long-term commitments.
Take a leading role in health & safety discussions, improvement opportunities and training.
Drive improvements to the ETO conversion.
Ensure Golden Hour phone calls are made at the right time, to the right customers with the correct message.
Monitor Golden Hour call quality and provide feedback when necessary.
Communicate in a compelling way to all internal and external stakeholders.
Assist the Head of Shared Services in the production and delivery of a full monthly sales office review, to include financial and pricing performance.
Ensure the entire team are working with, supporting and connecting with the localised internal sales team.
Regular communication is critical to drive the collaboration required for success.
Help drive a coaching culture and ensure all staff receive a regular 1-2-1 feedback session to discuss / improve performance.
Utilisation of system workplaces for quotation and order delivery.
Preparing and submitting customer quotations on push products and services by only using ERIKS managed product references.
Order processing and fulfilment.
Introducing customers to new products/services.
Working Hours:
Mon - Fri: 08:30am – 17:30pm
Total Hours: 40
Breaks: 60 mins
Key Skills, Experience & Requirements:
Essential knowledge of how an ERP system works.
Experience in building and sustaining long term customer relationships.
Experience in leadership with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Essential knowledge of the MRO industry, its customers and types of products used.
Some knowledge of competitor landscape and services.
