We are seeking a Senior Sales & Account Management Specialist to join our global Agency Sales team, where innovation knows no borders. This team empowers travel agencies with industry-leading solutions and insights to grow their business, drive operational efficiency and strengthen customer loyalty. As a Senior Sales & Account Management Specialist, you will manage Sabre’s commercial relationships with a diverse portfolio of travel agencies in South Korea—including OTAs, leisure agencies and TMCs. You will lead strategic account planning, identify growth opportunities and influence adoption of Sabre solutions that deliver measurable value. This role demands deep market knowledge, strong client partnership capabilities and a results-driven mindset.
Key responsibilities
Lead commercial strategy and engagement across South Korean OTAs, leisure travel agencies and TMCs.Drive revenue growth through proactive account management, renewals and solution adoption.Negotiate pricing, contract terms and performance objectives aligned to business outcomes.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored, innovative solutions that meet partner needs.Share market insights and partner feedback to inform product strategy and business planning.Preferred qualifications and education requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or new market development within the airline or travel agency sector.Strong knowledge of flight distribution systems, including GDS and emerging models like NDC.Demonstrated tenacity and motivation to win new customers in a competitive landscape.Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills.Fluency in Korean and English required.Benefits
