Senior Sales Account Executive

**Description**
WTW is seeking an entreprenueurially-minded Enterprise Sales Account Executive to join our fast growing North American Insurance Consulting and Technology ("ICT") business. We are looking for a strategic sales professional experienced in insurance technology sales that know how to sell innovation and change through a consultative vision and value approach while building long-lasting trusting relationships.
In this commercial role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering on territory sales goals by identifying, managing and closing technology sales opportunities. The territory covers accounts that range from established large global insurers, to national insurers to mid-size regional insurers.
This is a remote position based in the U.S. and involves working from home and traveling to customer locations. This position does not offer relocation assistance or visa support..
**The Role**
+ Build territory and account portfolio by identifying and sourcing opportunities within new and existing WTW ICT accounts.
+ Gain knowledge of assigned accounts’ business and articulate ICT’s value proposition(s) in context to the the different operations within the organization.
+ Prepare for and present technology capabilities with a team of insurance / actuarial subject matter experts and technologists.
+ Meet with and advance decisions of a wide range of decision influencers from CIOs, IT Executives, LOB Excutives in order to coordinate buy-in and compress sales cycle.
+ Build a pipeline, actively manage the entire sales cycle and close quick small wins while pursuing longer sales cycles.
+ Work independently in concert with internal sales partners including Client Relationship Managers (“CRMs”), Sales Support Specialists and Marketing to close deals.
+ Craft and negotiate the commercial terms.
+ Partner with marketing, sales and business line leaders to develop sales leads strategies and activities for territory and accounts
+ Track all customer details including use cases, decision makers, time frames, next steps and forecasting in D365.
**Qualifications**
**The Requirements**
+ Must have a minimum of 7+ years experience within a complex high growth sales environment.
+ Experience with consultative enterprise insurance software and technology sales.
+ Territory planning and account development experience.
+ Knowledge of insurance industries. Working knowledge of insurance functions especially product development, pricing, claims, underwriting and actuarial a plus.
+ Ability to work independently, autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
+ Disciplined approach to pipeline develop that includes relationship development skills and value-based sales capabilities
+ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
+ Willingness to travel frequently and meet prospects in person
+ Experience with CRM systems and required hygiene

**Compensation and Benefits**
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
**Compensation**
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $140,000.00-$160,000.00 USD annually.
