As the Senior SaaS Tooling Operations, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the organization's essential tools and platforms, including the Atlassian suite, Slack, GitHub, JetBrains, Okta, and SauceLabs. You will work closely with another senior admin to ensure the seamless functionality, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency of these tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration: Manage, configure, and administer Atlassian (JIRA & Confluence), Slack, GitHub, JetBrains, Okta, SauceLabs, and other collaboration tools.

User Management: Handle user access, permissions, and security settings.

Customization: Optimize JIRA through plugins [Xray,EasyBI,Structure,Xporter] and customizations.

Automation & Migration: Create automation scripts and manage migration processes.

Collaboration: Establish and manage Slack channels; engage with stakeholders to address their needs.

Support: Provide timely support to users through the ticketing system and maintain internal documentation.

Metrics: Set up KPIs and track operational metrics for the tooling ecosystem.

Qualifications:

Technical Expertise: Experience in administering the Atlassian suite and other collaboration tools.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in Atlassian administration or similar tools (preferred).

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
