The RWD Analytics and Platform Services team at Norstella is looking for a Senior Analytic Consultant to join our growing analytics team supporting Panalgo and IHD. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong interest in healthcare and technology, excellent quantitative skills, and experience analyzing large, real-world databases. The candidate must also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to work effectively in cross-functional internal teams and communicate externally with clients. An ability to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism is crucial to this role. **Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and objectives related to health data analysis and implement/ support implementation of requirements in and outside of IHD. + Become an expert in the features, benefits, and applications of IHD and proficient with a variety of large, commercially available healthcare datasets. + Become an expert on Norstella’s fully integrated data asset combining real-world data and Norstella’s proprietary intelligence –NorstellaLinQ (https://www.norstella.com/linq/) – and advise clients on how to generate actionable insights with these data. + Design and lead technical trainings, 1-on-1 or small group working sessions with IHD and/or NorstellaLinQ users. + Contribute to question generation, protocol development and project build out for internal and external research & development projects. + Generate clear and concise reports, presenting findings and insights to clients in a comprehensive manner. + Establish a relationship with and provide ongoing support to clients, addressing queries and offering guidance in leveraging data insights effectively. + Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in healthcare data analysis, statistical methodologies, and industry trends. + All other duties, as assigned **Desired Experience** + Master’s or PhD in relevant area (e.g., economics, health economics, epidemiology, biostatistics, health services) + Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in outcomes research, health economics, epidemiology, or consulting for life sciences companies + Minimum 2+ years of experience working as a project manager or equivalent + Intermediate R, Python, or SQL programming skills + Demonstrated analytical, organizational, creative problem solving and structured communication skills + Understanding of healthcare databases (e.g., claims, EHR, hospital, registry) and the pros/cons of various sources + Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks + Focus on attention to detail _Please Note - All candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.
