\n\tExecute & support RPA process initiatives with team members, relevant stakeholders and process owners.\n\tProvide effective and efficient support to the Head of RPA to ensure the smooth running of the department.\n\tEnsure that business users interests are reflected within all phases of improvement\n\tGuide and train RPA team members to ensure knowledge development for smooth RPA implementation within DHL Express RPA COE\n\tTo support DHL Express RPA COE to evaluate, identify and transform business processes in DHL Express via RPA / OCR to achieve cost reductions and synergy & support automation.\n\tProvide consultative services to DHL Express business users on RPA / OCR Implementation when required\n\tUnderstand and design solution for different processes used throughout DHL Express in different functions & locations.\n\tIdentifying / leveraging best practices already in use in the RPA / OCR community.\n\tDesigning practical and effective solutions to address improvement opportunities – both cost and performance.\n\tResponsible for creating & maintaining RPA process documentations as per RPA COE governance process (i.e. process maps, SDD)\n\tMaintain strong stakeholder relationships\n\tBe able to influence decisions / actions through provision of value added inputs into the organization’s business processes.\n

\n\tAble to write high-quality code & is strong in technical documentation.\n\tStrong capability in error-handling, optimization and business process management.\n\tAbility to prioritize and manage multiple implementation.\n\tExperience in Agile project management initiatives (preferred)\n\tGood understanding of OCR, NLP, Machine Learning & AI (preferred)\n\tProcess oriented and able to work under pressure.\n\tGood communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia or other local dialects.\n\tA flexible attitude and the ability to adopt quickly in an ever changing environment.\n\tAbility to relate to cross-cultural processes and country sensitivities.\n\tHands on experience on Power BI will be added advantage\n\t5+ years of professional experience in software programming (including scripting/coding), SQL, application development and 2+ years of experience in UiPath platform. Good understanding on UiPath Re-framework is a must.\n\tDeep understanding of Robotic Process Automation solution and its functionalities.\n\tExperience with Process Analysis, Design, Coding and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem- Solving, System(s) testing, UAT, debugging and Bug fixes.\n\tQualified University Degree holder specializing in IT field (Software Development) or any related field preferred.\n\tUiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer certification is mandatory\n
