We are seeking a talented individual to join Marsh Risk Consulting Team. This role will be based in Shanghai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

Develops new and expanded business opportunities.Provides property risk consulting services to the clients of various industries, such as semiconductor manufacturing, LCD manufacturing, electronics manufacturing, data centers, etc.Makes recommendations on design of research & analysis plan, manages research, data collection and documentation and conducts more complex research & analysis of clients risks to provide guidance to clientsCreates presentations/slides and other communications of high complexity and extracts and summarizes key insights for presentations/communications that drive internal and client meetingsDrives client and internal meetings to drive client projectsDevelops pricing for projects, supports the development of proposals and reviews technical concept working with consulting management to improve efficiencyAdvises clients in developing and adjusting project approaches, methodology, and tools to support risk programs and initiatives.Builds and nurtures successful business/working relationships with clients to grow the books.Be up- to- date on industry trends around risk management to understand client's business environment and basic risk management environment betterBegins to lead small projects.

What you need to have: 

5-8 years working experience of property risk consulting or reasonable safety management working experience of high-risk working environment industryExpert in safety management knowledge from the relating industriesExcellent project management skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsWillingness for business travelPassion for client facing job
