Job Description The main function of a Risk Analyst is to analyze and manage risk management issues by identifying, measuring, and making decisions on operational or enterprise risks for an organization. A typical Risk Analyst utilizes knowledge of tax and insurance strategies, securities, insurance, pension plans, and real estate. Primary responsibility will be acting as the Control Advisor and supporting various Risk LOBs on identifying and documenting new or existing controls related to regulatory compliance risks. Skills and Requirements 1. 5-7 years of relevant professional experience 2. Experience in control advisory or testing in Risk Management and Audit- 3 years 3. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in internal audit and control testing 4. Strong background in risk management, including identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies 5. Comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks and requirements Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, CIA, or equivalent. Experience supporting governance frameworks and operational risk programs. Familiarity with AML controls and regulatory compliance frameworks.
