We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Marsh Corporate team at our Wellington office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
Manage a portfolio of accounts ensuring high quality customer service is always provided, which may include self-servicing of small to mid-sized client accounts under supervision of Client ExecutivesAssist Client Executives in all aspects of client service including face-to-face client contact, administration, technical support, and business developmentDevelop and maintain effective long-term relationships with key client decision makers and monitor political, management, and other changes within client organisations to preserve and protect the company’s relationship with the clientTake a pro-active approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standardsImplement successful account retention and defence strategiesMaintain awareness of all large and potentially complicated claim-related matters and assist in negotiating equitable claim settlements on behalf of clients
What you need to have:
Experience in fire and general insuranceNew Zealand Certificate in Financial Advice (Level 5) or a clear plan to achieve this within a reasonable timeframeDemonstrated experience in the insurance industryNegotiation and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGood working knowledge of all aspects of insurance and relevant legislationWhat makes you stand out:
